Our promises and notifications to our customers.

We ask that you be certain of your purchase prior to ordering. We try to give you as much information as possible in our descriptions. If we have missed something, please CONTACT US and ask about it prior to purchasing. Most of our items are special-ordered on your behalf and therefore are not returnable. The exception to that is if there is a design or manufacturing error; in that case we will gladly refund your purchase amount including tax only once the item has been returned in its original condition and at the purchaser's own cost. 

Returns must be first acknowledge and approved within 7 days of delivery to purchaser. Please CONTACT US before returning any item and once given approval to do so, we will send you the return address. The return address is not necessarily the address on the package that was sent to you. So please do not simply send there as it may prevent us from refunding you at all.
